The Project

Engaged by the Director of Operations to review the integration project team delivery within the Whole Sale Line Rental (WLR) Project. This review covered the capability of the team to deliver as per the expectations of the Programme Board and identified a number of areas for improvement, including Programme Governance, Project Management, Team Structure, Project Approach and highlighted a number of programme Risks and Issues. Recommendations made within the final report were well received by the Director of Operations and the majority of the recommendations were implemented to mitigate the risks identified.
